Trip to the North Pole

We took the kids on a lake cruise in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. We started out from the dock at the resort...a ton of lights...and end up at a boat house across the lake. The lights come on and Santa comes out and gives a little speech. David loved it!!!

Santa..oh, no!!!

We stood in line waiting to see Santa. Asked both Becca and David what Santa says "Ho, Ho, Ho" Got up there and it was more like "No, No, No" They both decided they did not like that idea when we got up close! We will try again next year. I don't want them to have nightmares about being forced to get their picture taken with Santa!!!

Wonderful Weekend!

Yesterday we went to the Tree Farm to cut down a tree! David loved it and Becca always loves to get out and say "hi" to every person she meets! Last night Grandpa and MorMor came to visit from Montana. We had a nice visit and they got to see the kids decorate the tree. At least one more year with a top heavy (ornament) tree! Back to work tomorrow. I continue to look for a better job and try really hard every Sunday to be thankful for the job I have!

New Camera!

My parents sent us a camera so we can take pictures this month! We don't have to wait for Christmas! I took a couple to try the camera out. David does not like to have his picture taken so it is hard to get him to slow down and smile. Becca is walking (even does a little running) now. She says a lot of new words everyday. Still very little hair!!! David is into everything and loves to take things apart and put them back together. We had a big snow fall last weekend...got out in time to make a snowman and get back inside before the rain....the snowman is gone! We are going to get our tree this weekend. Looking foward to seeing how the kids react to the tree. Last year they were good so we will see.

We didn't get to watch the game but my parents filled me in on it!!! Go Griz! Boy has David changed in 2 years !!! I took this during football season in 2005.

Becca's birthday

We lost our camera at the Fair! These pictures came from my sister-in-law. Becca is talking more everyday. David is a wonderful big brother and helps his sister get into trouble! :) We are looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. We were at the mall today and David noticed every Christmas decoration with a "cool"!

Becca is walking!!

Becca is taking 4 or 5 steps before she gets excited and falls! She is so much fun to watch. David is talking more...he gets his point across when he looks at you "please" and "get"!!! We have to limit the balls that David throws in the house because he is getting to the point of hurting someone or breaking things!! He loves his bat and ball.
